Comes now the undersigned complainant, being duly sworn upon oath, and under penalties of perjury, and states
that there is probable cause to believe that the above-named defendant committed the following crime(s):
COUNT: 01 ASSAULT 1ST DEGREE - SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY - A FELONY
That Jeffrey Williams, in violation of Section 565.050, RSMo, committed the class A felony of assault in the first degree,
punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about March 12, 2015, at 222 Florissant Rd., in
the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly caused serious physical injury to a St. Louis County
Police Officer by shooting toward an unidentified subject and striking the St. Louis County Officer.

COUNT: 02 ARMED CRIMINAL ACTION - UNCLASSIFIED FELONY
That Jeffrey Williams, in violation of Section 571.015, RSMo, committed the felony of armed criminal action, punishable
upon conviction under Section 571.015.1, RSMo, in that on or about March 12, 2015, at 222 Florissant Rd., in the
County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant committed the felony of assault in the first degree as charged in
Count I, all allegations of which are incorporated herein by reference, and the defendant committed the foregoing felony
of assault in the first degree by, with and through, the knowing use, assistance and aid of a deadly weapon.

That Jeffrey Williams, in violation of Section 565.050, RSMo, committed the class A felony of assault in the first degree,
punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about March 12, 2015, at 222 Florissant Rd., in
the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly caused serious physical injury to a Webster Groves
Police Officer by shooting toward an unidentified subject and striking the Webster Groves police officer.

That Jeffrey Williams, in violation of Section 571.015, RSMo, committed the felony of armed criminal action, punishable
upon conviction under Section 571.015.1, RSMo, in that on or about March 12, 2015, at 222 Florissant Rd., in the
County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant committed the felony of Assault in the First Degree charged in
Count III, all allegations of which are incorporated herein by reference, and the defendant committed the foregoing felony
of Assault in the First Degree by, with and through, the knowing use, assistance and aid of a deadly weapon.

COUNT: 05 SHOOTING A FIREARM FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH INJURY- A FELONY
That Jeffrey Williams, in violation of Section 571.030, RSMo, committed the class A felony of unlawful use of a weapon,
punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 571.030.9, RSMo, in that on or about March 12, 2015, in the
County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, knowingly shot a firearm from a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, a motor
vehicle, and caused serious physical injury as a result.
