Findings

1) ATM facility is not there


The profit of the firm is incresing from 2009 but
decreased in 2013-14
Advertising is in Local paper, APMC yard and in
Agricultural Fests.
The bank has planned to expand stil more of its
branches
Bank opened additional 4 branches in 20142015 to meet the requirements of the
customers
Yashaswini insurance policy to the members of
the bank

Suggesions
1)It should provide information about new schemes to its customers on time
2)Timely payment of salary and promotion of employees will boost their morale
3)All the complaints of the customer should be deal in proper manner
4)They should manage a Proper interaction with employees
5) They are lack in managing the Time
There is no such information regarding use of computers so training and development must be needed
Aggressive branch expansion should needed
