Assumption / Basis:
1. Below ambient temperature 27 Deg C the condenser vacuum will be same for water cooled condenser and air cooled condenser.
2. In a Year about 4456 Hrs ambient temperature is above than 27 Deg C.
3. Water cost of WCC is about Rs 3.25 / kwh @ Rs 25 / kl
4. Auxiliary power consumption of WCC is 100 kwh, in earlier assumption of 187 Kwh consider
5. Chemical and Water treatment plant maint. Cost is about Rs 14000 / day

6. Power generations at different vacuum are as per TDPS.
