Worked with upper elementary and middle school aged students teaching
them basic skills and rules of volleyball. Directed and created lessons for the
students to practice volleyball techniques.

2014
Spent time at Big Rapids High School in a math classroom and at Tri-County
High School in a chemistry classroom. I spent time observing, teaching, and
co-teaching. I aided students in their learning, graded homework, helped
create tests and quizzes.
Student Teaching | Spring Semester 2015
I spent sixteen weeks with Matt McCullen at Big Rapids High School in a math
classroom. I taught full time, creating tests, quizzes, lesson plans, and unit
plans. I attended parent teacher conferences, IEP meetings, and professional
development during my student teaching experience.
Volunteer| March 2014
Traveled to Juarez, Mexico over spring break to build houses for the less
fortunate in Juarez. Assisted in yard work and putting together building
crates for Casas Por Cristo, the ministry that the houses are built through.
