As a current student of Macleay College studying a Diploma of Business Management specializing in Travel
and Tourism, I would like to enquire about any available positions within your organization, and provide you
with my details for your records.
I have had strong interest in business as well as the tourist industry for a while now. I have always enjoyed
traveling and working in new and interesting places, and working with customers. As a result I am currently
studying business management specializing in travel and tourism at Macleay College.
Prior to getting enrolled in this course I worked in many places where good customer service is required. I
worked in an IGA supermarket in Annandale as well as the MFC Super supermarket in Annandale. There I
learnt the proper way to handle basic business operations, whether it would be customer service, money
handling, assisting customers, restocking merchandise and much more.
I have been recognized for my great customer service, and strong communication skills. I am able to project
my voice with the customer in order to reflect their specific needs. I am highly dependable and hardworking
and have a willingness to further my professional development within your industry.
I understand that, as a current student I have yet to learn about working within an organization. I would like to
start in an entry-level position that would allow me to be mentored in my professional development.
I am interested in your organization and hope that I can be a bright and helpful addition to your team.
