for scholar and general audiences. This book covers the areas of health & fitness with sleep,
sleep in general, and sleep disorders.

and behavioral sciences that also publishes books worldwide, so I would count it as credible.
Since this book covers the topic of sleep and how it effects our health, it can be useful for my
bibliographic essay.

This article was developed from the Lucidity Institute in Palo Alto, California, which
specializes in sleep research, I would count it as credible. The article does happen to have an area
about the function of sleep and sleepiness, both of which relate to my bibliographic essay topic.
This article will be useful as a source in my research.

This article was found online using Google to search for articles about sleep. The objective of
this article was to inform the readers about many different areas of sleep and sleep disorders, and
is also intended for the mainly general audiences.
This article is a very general article about the subject of sleep, and although it provides accurate
information, it is not as detailed. This article would be an okay but not great source to use in my
bibliographic essay.

This article was found in the Access Science database and was also intended for the
scholar audience. This article covers the information of sleep before learning, sleep after learning
consolidating memories and sleep to integrate and associate.
I would count this article as credible because it was published from the Sleep and
Neuroimaging Laboratory from the Department of Psychology at the University of California in
Berkeley California. Since none of the topics of this article relate to the topics of my
bibliographic essay, it would not be very useful in my research.

This article was found in the Discovery Service online search database and is intended for
the scholar audience. This article a study of sleep disorders, physiopathology, infant sleep, and
physiology. The article analyzes sleep structure in children with sleep disorders and was is about
a study done on thirty-four children in Korea.
I would count this article as credible because it was published from the Department of
Pediatrics at the Kyungpook National University Hospital in Daegu, South Korea. Since the
article is about sleep disorders with in children and not about why we need sleep or the effects
sleep as on us, it would not be useful in my research.

This source was pulled from the Myers Online Library Discovery database. The intended
audience for this article are scholars. This article includes information about the typical sleep
cycle, stages of sleep, anomalies, sleep in animals, physiology and chemistry of sleep, functions
of sleep and sleep requirements, and sleep disorders.
This reference entry is from a published encyclopedia, so I would count it as credible. This
article is also very relevant to my bibliographic essay about why we need sleep. Since this area
covers a lot of different areas about sleep, it will be very helpful in my research for this type of
information.

This work was supported by institutional funding provided by the University of Texas
Health Science Center, School of Public Health, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer
Center, and the University of Houston. It has also been peer reviewed, blind peer reviewed,
double blind peer reviewed, and expert peer reviewed, so I would count it as credible. Since this
article covers the areas of the effects of inadequate sleep and health, it can be useful for my
bibliographic essay.

Department of Neurosciences and Neurology, the Department of Biology, and the Department of
Pediatrics from Rutgers University-New Jersey and The College of New Jersey so I would count
it as credible. Since this article leans more toward the areas of sleep disorders it would not be as
useful in bibliographic essay.

databases and was also meant for scholar audiences. The objective of this article was to to
examine the literature on sleep measurement to identify subjective sleep assessment tools that
may be suitable for routine use with hospitalized patients, and to evaluate their reliability and
validity.
This article has been peer reviewed and partly-funded by a Clinical Research Fellowship
from the Department of Thoracic Medicine from The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane
Australia, I would count it as credible. Since this article does cover the area of sleep quality in
people it may be of some use to my essay, but I will most likely not use it.

This article was meant for the general audience.
The article is meant to inform about sleep disorders, sleeping problems, symptoms,
treatment and help for common sleep disorders. Since this article does not cover the area in
which my bibliographic essay is about, I will not be using it as a source in my research.
