The sample of water is collected using a bottle .


The sample of water is filled into the testing bottle.
The meter is turned on and the testing bottle is inserted into turbidity test equipment.
The reading are taken after the stable reading.

The pH of water is measured using a portable pH meter.


The water sample is filled into the beaker and the meter is turned on.
The probe is put into the beaker.
The reading is taken after the stable reading.

Conductivity of Water
1. The water sample is filled into the beaker and the conductivity meter is turned on.
2. The probe is put into the water sample
3. The conductivity, temperature and selenity are recorded after the stable reading.

Dissolve Oxygen
1. The water sample is collected.
2. The samples is divided into 100ml, 300ml and 50ml and phosphate buffer, MgSO 4,

CaCl2, and FeCl3 solution are added


The samples are diluted until 300ml.
The magnetic stirrer is added into the bottle of samples with no bubbles are allowed.
The readings of DO are recorded.
The bottles has been put inside incubator and the final DO is recorded after 5 days of
the experiments.
