Testing Build 804

Test 1 Account is Ready

Thursday/Friday HR-PY-ITC in Heritage Room
List for Tickets Log in Spreadsheet-Goal is to determine what tickets are resolved/done
Tickets log- responsibility is on the Staff members who are working on the tickets
List of issues on the Build John will contact Christian to find out any known issues
Will Review BSNUG emails to identify any 804 issues
Tina/Bonnie has posted on the test folder employees HR is working
Rachel/Peggy-Will provide employees that the Payroll group is testing on the same list
ITC-Provide Tab on Spreadsheet-Central Log tickets
ITC-Test plans for ITC will be updated within the same spreadsheet, will provide the updates on patches
Data is November 11, 2014-Provide that on the test plans as a cover sheet
Provide any other information in regards to the build and the patches on the cover sheet
Corrections by the Vendor resolve by January 23, 2015 for Test Account Build 804
Work with HR/Payroll for any testing
Need Staff to have in Payroll security access and any software for the build
Rachel will send reminder of dates we discussed in December our testing plan

W-2s & Taxes & Year End Process-Test/Production

Seminar January 6, 2015 New Year Process

Need to get Material from Web Ex-working with File provided by SunGard unable to retrieve data
Test 3 will be loaded in from December 2014 Final Payroll by Tomorrow-January 7th
Problems with Test 1 during the break will be working on Test 3 for the year End now
Supplement on Thursday will need to get Tax Tables in System and Year End before completing those
checks.
If we find problems with the install we will need to run those checks manually in AP
Build was not ready due to working on Test 1 after December payroll

Payroll Process this month of Retro

Retro Run on Tuesday-January 13, 2015

1 million dollars to transfer among Kindergarten Teachers, this will affect their distribution and need to
be processed on the retro run
Prelist for Retro and tags will be provided on January 14, 2015 for HR to begin checking the retro

Food Service Retro for CBA with Timesheets
Vacation Cash Out for Administrators-Per Diem
December follow up Benefits-Pam out of office will returning next week and Suzanne needing training/support
Taxes in Production/W-2s processed in Production
