* Omitting date of birth confirmation will result in placing application on-hold.
** If student doesnt have educational documents that meet ACCA minimum entry requirements, student should be advised that application should be processed as FIA.
*** Signed ACCA or FIA declaration form should be submitted with rest of required documents. If declaration form is not received, application will not be accepted.
