about how legalizing drugs would impact the community. Some people believe that
legalization would lead to less crime. They believe that if companies that abide by the law
were to get into the drug market, drug cartels and street dealers would lose their grip and
that the crime and violence that come with illegal drug trade would shrink. Overall this
book looks at the history of drug laws in the United States and the medical marijuana
movement. It provides many different opinions from police officers, politicians, and the
United States drug czar. Information will be gathered about how legalizing marijuana
would ultimately drop the crime rates.

Merino, contains different views on medical marijuana from several authors. In the writing
this book will be used to look at the pros to using medical marijuana and why it should be
legalized across the nation. I hope to reach the adult audience and inform them of the many
good uses marijuana can have in the community.

history of marijuana use and laws ruling its legality and outlines the current legal status
attributed to marijuana today. It explains and gives details about the push being made by
various groups to legalize marijuana for public use and looks at viewpoints from both sides
of the debate. This source will be used to discuss how marijuana should be legalized in
order to properly sustain the economy. To explain the ongoing war against marijuana and
its toll on the United States I hope to use this book to draw sense into the adult mind about
how keeping marijuana illegal will hurt the country even more.

legalizing marijuana into several categories that will add to the counterargument, but also
aid in getting the point across about why its not such a bad thing to legalize the drug. The
preferred audience would be adults who don't have much knowledge on the subject who
want to leaern more about the pros and cons so that they have a more open mind about the
situation.

opposing view of the legalization and decriminalization of marijuana this site will be used
to list probable cons of legalizing marijuana and will be used to inform Americans of some
detrimental factors that can come along with the legalization of marijuana. It will be used
to answer a lot of questions people have on both the supporting and opposing sides about
marijuana and how it could affect their lives and health.

recognized by American taxpayers who are taxed for things like this. Also this article also
explains the truth about drug war and how much money is spent on that instead of other
important measure like rape, murder, and theft prevention.

marijuana will be pulled from this book. The purpose of this source is to inform the public
and answer many questions with two different outlooks on the situation giving the reader a
great insight on the topic at hand.
