BIRDWATCHERS BLEND $10.25
A smooth and nutty blend of Guatemalan Atitlan and Mexican Chiapas coffees from shadegrown farms; giving great taste while protecting critical migratory songbird habitat.
COLOMBIAN $10.25
A full-bodied, complex bean from the Cordillera Central near Cauca. The standard by which all
other coffees are judged.
MEXICAN CHIAPAS $10.25
A mellow, sweet medium-bodied cup with low acidity. A great, comfortable cup any time of day.
MOKA JAVA $10.45
The smooth, syrupy taste from the island of Java and the fruity, fragrant qualities of Ethiopian
combined for this classic coffee. The original European blend, still the best!
NoCO2/PERUVIAN $10.35
The worlds first carbon neutral coffee! A sweet velvet roasted bean from Peru. Weve calculated
the entire carbon load from planting to drinking, and neutralized it with hardwood plantings at
Pangoa.
TIMOR ATSABE $10.45
A unique velvet with chocolate tones. This bold roast is a single origin coffee from the Atsabe
village in East Timor.

A powerful, yet sweet blend of robusta and Timor arabica beans. Beware: contains the highest
caffeine content of any coffee that we offer!

A snappin' blend of dark-roasted robusta and Ethiopian formulated for our West Coast friends.
GUATEMALAN FRENCH ROAST $10.45
A dark roasted bean from the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala. This coffee is medium bodied,
acidic with a smoky flavor.

ITALIAN ESPRESSO ROAST $10.35
These high-grown beans from El Salvador and Costa Rican with some added robusta provide a
rich, hearty flavor, analogous to a good burgundy. Pungent acidity and a robust, full body.
MARRAKESH EXPRESS $10.45
The fruity taste of wild-harvested Ethiopian Sidamo blended with the passionate bite of Timor
make for a strong and mysterious brew. Feel the rhythms in the corners of your mouth.
NICARAGUAN FRENCH ROAST $10.25
A strong and exceptionally smooth cup of coffee from the region of Matagalpa. Medium body
and slightly dry.
