to be ordered from Deesignca.com, templates in Intranet. Other agent marketing materials must use our corporate logo and
include a non- solicitation disclaimer statement. No generic signs are to be used. This is our Corporate Identity rule.

We recommend BHGLAAR/OCAR/SDAR and CLAW if you are in Los Angeles/OC/SD.

You are not obligated to be a member of any association to do business as a real estate agent. You only need to have a valid
DRE license and be associated with a Broker. However, in view of new NAR rules, you cannot just join the MLS and not join an
Association as SRR is a Realtor Broker. So either join both MLS and Realtor Association, OR not join any.
