Avocado (Perseaamericana mill.

) is a plant that thrives in tropical areas such

as Indonesia and it contains high levels of antioxidant. However, avocado seed
which is one of the results of agricultural products is still not fully utilized and simply
discarded as waste. Whereas avocado seed contains much benefits for kidney
disease treatment. According to the Central Statistics and Information Indonesian
Hospital Association, the number of patients with chronic renal failure is increasing.
Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyze the potentials and benefits of
waste avocado seed
and get to know the avocado seed sewage treatment for the manufacture of Dodol
Pati.

So that, it can provide an alternative solution to the public through the

avocado seed sewage treatment into Dodol Pati.

The method of this paper is through literature study conducted by examining
the books and literatures and also by observing the public directly.
The avocado seed sewage treatment into Dodol Pati can broaden the public
insight that waste avocado seed has a high benefits value because of not only can
reduce environmental pollution caused by waste avocado seed, it also can treat
kidney disease.
