Kindly refer to this office letter of even file dated 26.05.2015 on the above subject. 2/- In continuation to the above, the revised draft lists of Inspectors who are due for transfer to various formations during AGT’ -2015 have been prepared as below & enclosed herewith in respect of the Annual General ‘Transfer - 2015 in the grade of Inspectors : 1 |Annexure=A1 | List of Inspectors of Ahmedabad Sector who have never worked in Customs (senior most ~ 70%) (revised). Annexure -A2 _| List of Inspectors of Ahmedabad Sector who have never worked in Customs (junior most - 30%) (revised) 2 | Annexure- B | List of Inspectors of Ahmedabad Sector who have earlier worked in Customs and are due as per longest gap policy (revised). 3 Annexure- E [List of Inspectors of Ahmedabad Sector who have completed their tenure in one Commissionerate and due Lor rotation (revised)2: 02, Except for the annexures mentioned above, the other annexures as mentioned in letter F. No. II/03-04/CCO/2015, dated 26.05.2015 remain unchanged, The actual number of officers to be posted may be less than the total number of officers mentioned in the list. 03. The rotation of the officers within Rajkot Sector will be decided by the Committee of Commissioners of Rajkot Sector as per Office Order No. 17/2015, dated 25.5.2015 issued under F.No. II/03-01/CCO/2015. 04. In the case of officers whose name does not appear in the Seniority list, the seniority has been taken into consideration taking into account the Promotion Orders issued by the CCO, Vadodara. Similarly, the seniority list of newly appointed Inspectors have been taken into account as per the merit of Estt. Order vide which the officers have been allocated to this Zone. These Seniority lists have been taken into account purely for the purpose of Transfer and Posting and the actual seniority of the officers will be as allocated by CCO, Vadodara. 05. I is requested that wide publicity may please be given to these lists and omissions / errors, if any, along-with representation(s) may please be brought to the notice of this office latest by 17.00 hrs of 3/06/2015 by fax on 079- 26303607 or by email (scanned copy) on ccuahmedabad@gmail.com with relevant documents in support of the claim, otherwise, it will be presumed that the enclosed lists are correct and do not require any further modifications and orders will be issued accordingly.
