DUCKLAND INDEX OF

ENTRY
What is the Index of Entry?
The Duckland Index of Entry is a document used to describe entry processes currently used in
Duckland.

Exemptions
The procedures outlined in this document apply to EVERYONE except:

Requirements for entry to Duckland

(Note: If a specific Form of Entry does waive some requirements, it will be noted)

Forms of Entry
Regular Entry
Details: This is the most common form of entry. The application is completed on the Duckland
Website. Anyone with a passport can apply. You will find out if your application has been approved
upon entry to Duckland.
Specific Requirements: The online form must be filled out prior to entry

EEP
Details: The first and easiest quick entry program. You can apply for an EEP if:
1) You have no criminal record
2) You have a valid four day entry pass
3) You have passed the Duckland Complete Brain Abilities Test (DCBAT)

4) You have been approved by a Pre-Appeal officer


5) You have 2000 D$
An EEP expires after 18 days.
Specific Requirements: The EPS and the EPM steps can be bypassed if you have an EEP Card. You
must inform Duckland of your entry before you enter Duckland.

FTP
Details: The most difficult quick entry program to get into. An FTP card allows you to delay your use
of Enhanced Entry until your departure from Duckland. An FTP card is valid for nine months. In
Duckland legal systems, an FTP card is considered to be an EEP. If you break any laws, no matter how
insubstantial, all money in your bank account will be removed. To obtain an FTP card you will require
the following:

The completion of an interview by an Entry Worker in Duckland
An FTP card is valid for nine months. In Duckland legal systems, an FTP card is considered to
be an EEP. If you break any laws, no matter how insubstantial, all money in your bank
account will be removed.

Specific Requirements: An FTP card allows you to bypass the EPS and the EPM steps, but before your
departure from Duckland, you must fill out the Enhanced Entry form. Before your entry, you must
inform Duckland.

Enhanced Entry
Details: Enhanced Entry is another Form of Entry. To use Enhanced Entry, you must apply for it
online.
Specific Requirements: Enhanced Entry allows you to bypass the EPS step.

Database Entry
Details: Database Entry is a Form of Entry that can be completed in Duckland. It is one of the easiest
ways to enter Duckland
Specific Requirements: You can bypass the EPS and the EPM steps with Database Entry. A Check In
and a Check Out form are required to be filled out upon entry and exit of Duckland. An Enhanced
Entry application must be completed. A signed Index of Entry must be received prior to first entry.

Definitions
Permanent Resident: Someone who lives in the same building as Duckland
TUPTE: Temporary Unlimited Permission To Enter (Duckland): A right granted by a court to
enter Duckland without usage of Forms of Entry

Duckmanship: A legal status of Near-Duckness


Near-Duckness: Legally being very similar to a duck
Forms of Entry: A government approved way to enter Duckland
EEP: Express Entry Pass
FTP: Frequent Traveler Program
EPS: Entry Pass
EPM: Entry Permit
Entry Pass: A form listing information about your current entry
Entry Permit: An official form granting you permission to be in Duckland

Pre-Appendix I: The purpose of this law is to define who can
and cannot enter Duckland.

Section 2: You must follow all rules in Appendix A and
Appendix B unless:
(1) You are a citizen of Duckland

Appendix A: Rules:
Section 1: You must (when entering Duckland) :
(1) Use a Duckland Government issued Passport
(2) Use a Valid Entry Pass
(3) Follow all other entry rules as determined by a Duckland
Entry worker
Section 2: You must (when in Duckland) :
(1) Carry an entry permit
(2) Carry a valid entry pass
(3) Carry a Duckland Government issued passport
(4) Follow all Laws of Duckland
(5) Listen to all Duckland Entry Workers
Section 3: You must not:
(1) Do something illegal
(2) Enter Duckland without an appendix

Appendix B: Exceptions:
Section 1: You must follow the rules in section 1, article 2;
section 2; unless:
(1) You are using an EEP in a proper way as determined by

Post-Appendix II: Enforceability:


Section 1: The maximum punishment for breaking the rules
above is:
(1) 100 000 D$
AND/OR
(2) 5 years in jail
AND/OR
(3) Permanent banishment from Duckland
Section 2: The minimum punishment for breaking the rules
above is:
(1) 10 000 D$
AND/OR
(2) 5 days in jail
AND/OR
(3) Not being allowed to enter Duckland for 3 hours
Section 3: The following people/ducks/groups have the
power to enforce this law:
(1) Criminal Court
(2) Police
(3) Duckland Entry worker

Contract
