PURPOSE
I am proposing a cost-effective solution to the Verizon Finance Department.
There is currently an opening for an Analyst position on Jay Stillwells
Strategy and Support Team, and what I am proposing is that you promote
me, Sara Wehde - Executive Assistant, to this Analyst position and that we
synergize my position. With my experience and passion, I can enhance the
team by delivering all my current Executive Assistant responsibilities as well
as the project management responsibilities that the Analyst position provides
to save the company money.
I have taken Project Management classes that are provided by Verizon. I
have experience with project management by currently participating on
several of our teams projects. On these projects, I take comprehensive
minutes of the meetings and distribute to team members, ensuring action
items are completed, and keep the action registers current. I also follow up
to ensure all actions are progressing in a timely fashion and expediting when
necessary.

Missouri Baptist University and will be graduating with an Associates Degree
