ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO STAY ALL DEADLINES AND NOTICE OF

SETTLEMENT AS BETWEEN PLAINTIFF INNOVATIVE DISPLAY
TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND DEFENDANTS BMW OF NORTH AMERICA, LLC
AND BMW MANUFACTURING CO., LLC

Plaintiff Innovative Display Technologies LLC (IDT) and Defendants BMW of North
America, LLC and BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC (collectively, BMW) have filed a motion
to stay all case deadlines for 30 days with respect to IDT and BMW in Case No. 2:14-cv-106,
which has been consolidated with Lead Case No. 2:14-cv-201. After considering this motion,
the Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED. It is hereby
ORDERED that all case deadlines in Case no. 2:14-cv-106 are hereby STAYED for 30
days with respect to IDT and BMW.
