2 Objectives of Study:Broad/General objective:


The broad/general objective of this report is to analyze the Talent Management and
Organizational performance relationship in Standard Chartered Bank.
Specific/short objectives:
There are some specific objectives also:
To understand the entire procedure of Talent management
To understand the need of Talent Management
To study the accuracy and quality of work of employees by talent management
procedure.
Measure the practice of Talent Management and its impact on Organizational
Performance.
Measure the Mean ,Standard deviation and correlation on the basis of the sample survey
of the organization
Disclose the relation between the variables and find out the impact of dependent variables
on independent variable.
Test the hypothesis regarding the relation the independent variable which is
Organizational Performance and dependent variables which is Talent Management.
Use the study to recommend better succession planning approaches, so that overall
organizational performance can increase and help the company get better performance
from the employees.

Limitations of Study:-

All the functions are only related with the personnel department.
Limitation about the working hour of the employees in the organization.
Limitation about the time and absenteeism.
Company not allowing to disclose confidential information
Time factor was the major limitation of this survey. Because during survey any activity of
organization which is directly or indirectly related to the production process should not disturb
due to survey.
