13 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s Emergency Rule 41(G) Motion for the Return
14 of Seized Property (Doc. 1). Based on the nature of the motion and the allegations set forth
15 therein,1
16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant shall file its Response no later than
17 August 13, 2007.
18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file its Reply no later than Monday
19 August 20, 2007.
20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event the Court finds it necessary, a hearing
21 will be scheduled upon full briefing of the motion.
