Course Focus:
In this class you will be studying the overall understanding of computers and to
enhance their technical skills in both basic computer functions, in the use of various
types of software, and build their typing skills. By providing technical instruction and
several practice opportunities, this course provides a strong foundation in intermediate
computer media.
Objectives:
By the end of this course you will be able to:

systems.

Each student will be an active participant in our classroom community.
Everyone is responsible for maintaining the safety of our classroom. All
students will have the chance to have their voices heard and the more
discussion we have together, the better!
Consequences:
If you are disrespectful:
1. First time= Verbal Warning
2. Second time= Take 2 Dojo Points Away and possible seat change
3. Third time= Asked to step outside for a talk or asked to stay after class
for a talk with a reflection after class, note on your record, and/or
detention.
If behavior does not improve, principal and parents will be contacted for a
parent conference and a behavior plan will be set up
1. Be in your seat with all of your materials out by the start of the period.
2. Hang up your backpack on the hook and begin writing your homework
in your agenda, grab your computer and complete the Do Now listed
on the weebly.
3. Be prepared to show completion of necessary homework.
4. Review and complete the schedule
