ACCOMPLISHMENT

1. CEILING AND DRYWALL SYSTEM

My 1st project was Axeia Jasmine (Real State) in Metro
Manila. I designed their ceiling according to materials that
my supervisor given me. I designed their ceiling using
gypsum board and fiber cement board, after that my
supervisor guided me in how to design the framing layout of
the house using wall angles, furring, carrying channel and
hangers. I also design their drywall system. I finish this
project in 1 and half weeks. I designed this project using
AutoCAD application and Adobe Photoshop.
My other
projects are Axeia Linnea, Axeia anika, Axeia, Akira in
Calamba and Masaito Audrey Expanded in Metro Manila. All
of
my
projects
are
finished.

2. ESTIMATE
I learned estimate when my junior supervisor teach me
because I had only learned a basic knowledge in estimate. I
dont finish the estimate of all my projects but I finish all the
estimate of Axeia Jasmine and Axeia Anika.. The company is
also the distributor of the materials I also estimate how
much the project worth and considering all the labor of
people. (Percentage of finish project for estimate 30
percent).

My experience in world home depot corporation will

make a successful engineer in the future. My strict supervisor
trains me to adjust in different workplace and works under
pressure and finish job in time. I learn a lot in my supervisor
from the basic to more complex work. I also exposed in
construction and learn a lot in materials and survey in work
field. As a trainee I learned also to be more competitive in my
professional because my entire co competitor is also deserve
to be on that position. I also learned that I need to work not
just for me but to think for the people who will do that
project. As an engineer, respect and be fair in you foreman
for better result of the project.
I learned also to be more resourceful and more
hardworking. I learned to handle job under pressure. I learned
also that as a fresh engineer in the future, I need to be more
observant and learned from foreman who has more
experience but guide them in proper design. I learned also to
be more keen in details especially architectural plans. I
learned a lot in world home depot corporation.
