HIGHGATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CONFERENCE ROOM

Present:Connie Beyor, Chairperson, Nola Gilbert and Richard Flint, David Roddy
and Liza Comiskey
Others Present:Marcel Choquette, Principal, Lora McAllister, Assistant Business
Manager, Pat McGowan.
Call To Order:Connie Beyor called the meeting to order at 9:15pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to make the final preparation for the presentation
of the annual school budget during Town Meeting. There is discussion as to what
type of questions may be asked and how to answer those questions.
Pat McGowan, Moderator, joins the meeting to answer any questions regarding
correct meeting procedure.
Adjournment: Connie Beyor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:55am.
