    HIGHGATE SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES The Abbey Restaurant July 7, 2015 at 9:00pm present: connie beyor, chairperson, nola Gilbert, David Roddy and Richard Flint. Chad Larivee was absent from the meeting. Motion by Richard Flint, seconded by Nola Gilbert to enter executive session for contract issue at 9:05pm. 4-0 vote Connie Beyor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:30pm.

    Others Present: Winton Goodrich, Superintendent
    Connie Beyor called the Meeting to Order at 9:00pm.
    Motion by Richard Flint, seconded by Nola Gilbert to enter Executive session for
    contract issue at 9:05pm. 4-0 vote.
    The board exited executive session 9:30pm
    No decisions
    Connie Beyor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:30pm.
