Dear Ms. Riza;

With reference to the above subject and our series site discussion and our review, we are
submitting herewith our quotation for your kind consideration and approval.
I.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

AUXIN shall supply materials, labor, consumables, and tools/equipment for the construction
of your proposed storm drainage located at your existing warehouse at Cabuyao City, Brgy. Pulo.
Following are the scope of supply:

Site Clearing;
Excavation and backfilling;
Installation of 80 meter long x 21 dia.RC pipe;
Construction of concrete basin;
Construction of concrete reservoir drainage;
Supply and installation of webforge grating

PRICE:

Our price inclusive of VAT in lump sum is TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND (P 2,150,000.00) Pesos only.
III. TERMS of PAYMENT:
We would like to ask for a 40% down payment balance on schedule payment, 30% shall be
release 30 days upon receipts of down payment and remaining balance 30% shall be release after
30 days upon receipt of first 30% billing.
IV.

COMPLETION:

The whole endeavor can be completed within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of down
payment.

V.

GENERAL TERMS and CONDITION:

1. OWNER to supply the following items and should be free of charge to contractor
AUXIN :
1.a.
Electric power and potable water needed during construction works;
1.b.
Processing and procurement of drainage permits and fees required by the
government, shall be OWNERS account;
1.c.
Area for temporary facilities such as storage of materials and stockyard;
1.d.
Technical assistance if AUXIN required from OWNER during the
construction of the proposed storm drainage;
2. AUXIN to supply the following;
2.a.
Preparation of proposed storm drainage detailed drawing and approval by
Owner prior project implementation;
2.b.
Sealing and signing of plans for government permits requirement;
2.c.
Confirmation of price is scope of work subject to join ocular inspection
between OWNER and AUXIN.
