bills sent to the Governor and Secretary of State.
Developed and maintains the seniority database for standing committees and membership. Works
with select committees to plan and organize annual programs and special events in the House
Chamber.
Publishes the House Daily Journals, House Final Journal, House and Joint Rules Book, House
Chambers Protocol Guide, House Ethics Manual, and other publications of the House.
Develops and implements training and orientation programs for legislators and legislative staff including a mock session and video tutorials.
Analyzes the GEMS legislative computer system as related to House and Senate operations and
writes specifications for the Information Technology staff to increase speed and accuracy, reduce redundancy, and improve multiple-user interaction.
Currently working with the University of Idaho to develop, test and implement an online legislative
library of searchable Session Laws and Journals with the visual appeal and accessibility of iBooks.
Actively participates as a member and committee chair of the NCSL staff section American Society of
Clerks and Secretaries. Appointed to the eighteen-member 2020 Masons Manual Commission.
