Recipe for tartara meat

Ingredients:

 1 / 2 Kg. of ground beef


 10 lemons
 4 Tomatoes
 1 large onion
 1 bunch corianter
 1 egg
 1 / 4 Kg. of canasto cheese
 Salt to taste

Preparation:

Slice lemons in half and squeeze their juice into the meat, be sure to
cover it completely, if necessary a little stir until completely moistened with the juice of lemons.
Let meat rest 20 to 30 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and corianter. When the meat has been cooked in the lemon juice add the
onion and the corianter, then add a raw egg and stir.

Finely chop the tomato and cheese to get small pieces, add these ingredients to meat and mix to
unite all of them.

If meat is presented with crackers is not necessary to add salt, otherwise add salt to taste and toss.
