I, Kuvvarapu Rama Laxamma W/o Late Ijak, aged about 44 years,
Hindu, R/o.Pandillapalli Village & Post, Bestavaripet Mandal, Prakasam
District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the petitioner herein and 1 st petitioner in the main M.V.O.P.
The O.P is filed for compensation for the death of my husband, who died
in a motor accident. Later the matter was decreed in our favour against
all the respondents for an amount of Rs.2,36,000/-, dt.09-07-2008.

By

the date of filing O.P., the 4th petitioner was being minor and represented
me as guardian.

Now he attained majority completed age of 18 years

and he can be able to look after his litigations. I need not continue as
guardian.
Under these circumstances it is therefore essential and necessary in
the interests of justice that I may be discharged from the guardianship of
4th petitioner in the interests of justice, otherwise I will be put to
irreparable loss and injustice.
