I, Kuvvarapu Habsiba D/o Late Ijak, aged about 28 years, Hindu,
R/o.Pandillapalli Village & Post, Bestavaripet Mandal, Prakasam District, do
hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the petitioner herein and 5 th petitioner in the main O.P. The O.P
is filed for compensation for the death of my father, who died in a motor
accident.

Later the matter was decreed in our favour against all the

respondents for an amount of Rs.2,36,000/-, dt.09-07-2008. By the date of

filing O.P., I was being minor and my mother represented me as guardian.
Now I attained majority completed age of 18 years and my Age Certificate is
filed herewith. The guardian need not continue.
Under these circumstances it is therefore essential and necessary in the
interests of justice that I may be declared as major since I have completed
age of 18 years and attained majority, otherwise I will be put to irreparable
loss and injustice.
