I, Kuvvarapu Hallh @ Hall S/o Late Ijak, aged about 25 years,
Hindu, R/o.Pandillapalli Village & Post, Bestavaripet Mandal, Prakasam
District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 6th petitioner in the main O.P.

The O.P. is

filed for compensation for the death of my father, who died in a motor accident.

Later the matter was decreed in our favour against all the respondents for
an amount of Rs.2,36,000/-, dt.09-07-2008 and the 2nd respondent deposited
an amount of Rs.2,60,863/- in to the Honble Court. Out of the compensation
amount this Honble Court was pleased to award an amount of Rs.28,000/- with
interest and costs towards my share of compensation amount and the same was
kept in F.D. By the time of filing MVOP I was being minor and my mother rep.
me as natural guardian. Now I attained majority in I.A.No.

/2015 on

Now I am need of money towards my family expenses.


Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to permit me to
withdraw my entire share of compensation balance amount of Rs.28,000/- with
accrued interest thereon and pass such other orders, in the interests of justice.
