Student B will solve 5 two-digit plus two-digit addition problems without regrouping
using the 5-step strategy with 100% accuracy.

- Base ten blocks (tens sticks and ones cubes)
- Addition Place Value placemats
- Pencils

- Mastery measure for after instruction is given to assess student learning and
