RE: LAUREN NOETHERS INVOLVEMENT IN A CRIME
RE: Lauren Noethers involvement in threatening and intimidating a witness
Dear Attorney General Foster:
This is my 2nd letter regarding this matter. As of this date, and in spite of being in contact with Deputy
Attorney General Ann Rice, I have yet to hear one word about this matter. I had forwarded a copy of
the Effingham Police Report, Michael Bedards Motion and the order on that motion showing Lauren
Noethers Involvement.
On December 20, 2014 Attorney Michael Bedard of the Legal Connection, P.C. and Jerome Hill of A-Bee
Septic showed up at Vincenzo Pellinos property to take samples of soil for a PRIVATE LAWSUIT.
Although, I had not received confirmation thats irrelevant. I did allow Jerome Hill to take the samples.
After going back inside the house, I was watching Jerome Hill on the security camera when I had noticed
someone hiding behind the trees. It was Michael Bedard.
PRIOR to this incident, I had been emailing your office, the FBI, the US Attorneys Office begging for help
once I discovered Michael Bedards direct involvement in the large consumer scam where Roland White
pled guilty for scamming consumers for over $300k, because I was in fear for my safety. Ive had to live
in fear for my safety, because I couldnt understand how Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill were never
charged. I also have that documented.
Since this matter has been in the hands of the Attorney Generals Office VIA Lauren Noethers
involvement, I want her charged for her involvement, as well as Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill. David
Pellenz was charged for a less version of this crime in connection to the State of NH v. Kevin Guay. So, I
demand these people be charged. NO is an unacceptable response. I refuse to live in fear for my safety
because of Lauren Noether.
