Sourcing Specialist Intern
Collaborate with recruiters and account executives to efficiently source for positions needed for a wide
range of clients. By utilizing Boolean searches and relationship management skills, I was able to handle
candidates, requests, and establish sourcing strategy to find the most ideal candidates for positions that
were hiring.
Developed the ability to insure high quality standards in terms of making decisions and used this ability to
create tear sheets for 100+ job orders that organized candidates into one file for each job opening. By
utilizing sourcing tools such as Rapportive and Talent Bin, I was able to ensure correct documentation and
