articles, all have the same topic, and it can
be clearly shown that they all have their
own set of conventions-logos, moves, facts,
and research and can all be classified in
their own category of genre.

So by making this reverse outline, I have really seen a lot that was
wrong with this essay. Im going to be honest; I think there still is a lot wrong
with this essay. However, I believe by making this it has helped me workout
a couple of the kinks that I had in the paper. I switched around some of the
punctuation; I changed some of the sentences around that made no sense. I
think that it is at least a little bit better now because of doing this. Now I did
make some major changes to this paper in my new revision. For starters, I
changed the thesis so that I could hopefully make it more argumentative. I
think that it is better than before. Another major change was that I took one
of my page long paragraphs and tried to break it down into smaller
paragraphs that all flowed together. I hope I pulled this off but it was a little
tricky trying to organize it all. In my paper, I also had a lot of sentences that
were hard to understand and didnt really flow together with the paper. I
tried to change those and make them easier to read. Finally, I tried to make
all of the topic sentences relate to my thesis. I think that they are all at least
somewhat related. Overall, I think that this version is a lot better than the
version I turned in, in the middle of the semester.
