Minimum wages scrapped and the market is left to set labour cost in its own -> the wages
of less skilled workers dropped significantly.
2- France
The government keeps the minimum wages but does a way with social security
contributions on low wages..
The cost of unskilled labour falls for companies without any decline in purchasing power
employees
(Salary include social security contributions that help fund and employment insurance as
well the health system and penitence..)

Unemployment rate is drop right now, which make companies plan and focus
more in the future.

Increasing, Salary in private sector is low, weekend work, they work from
morning to evening ( 7 to 5 or 6 ), some of them don't have certificate and this
sector want just to employ anyone, it docent depend on certificate
