Dear Neeraj
We are Pleased to appoint you as Jr. Consulting System and Broadband (RF) Engineer in our company
with primary operational area of Moradabad and J.P. Nagar . With effect from 16-3-2015, on following
terms and conditions.
1. You would be paid a basic salary of Rs 2300/-Per month
2. House Rent Allowance : You would be paid 10% of your Basic salary as your HRA per month
3. Your daily allowance (D.A) to cover your daily expenses on working day would be Rs 100 per
day in your primary operational area and r Rs 200 per day in deputed area.
4. You would be required to have your own conveyance (motorized two wheeler) and are required
to submit your travel / daily report and would be compensated @ Rs 2.75 Per Km (computed
from and to reporting office) to the ceiling of Rs 800 P.M
5. You would be paid Rs 200 towards cell phone or provided CUG SIM to the company with limit
of Rs 300 minutes compensated by company.
6. Commission : You would be entitled to commission on selling of VAS products as per policy
declared from time to time, would be given minimum performance / revenue generation
target.
7. Probation. You are on Probation of Three Months and would be required to be fully acquainted
with company policies, necessary operational skills, and reach minimum acceptable
performance as per reviews done from time to time. Should you fail to achieve the same norms
your probation may be extended to three months, at sole discretion of company? In case you
are unable to achieve the said norms your services would be terminated.
8. Confirmation: On completion of your probationary period or any extension thereof, or
achieving minimum acceptable performance, whichever is earlier you would be given a written
confirmation letter. However, even after confirmation you need to achieve minimum
productivity norms in accordance to performance standards laid by the company. Failure to
achieve these norms for more than a quarter would automatically put you as subject to
termination.

9. Leave Travel Concession: On completion of each your service you will be entitled to one month
basic salary per annum as LTC.
10. Medical: On confirmation you will be entitled to reimbursement of medical expenses for
yourself and your immediate family members upto limit of Rs 750/- per annum (and pro rata if
applicable) subject to submission of bills of expenses incurred. You may take up medical
insurance policy with premium of same amount after six month of confirmation and no claims
made during the same period.
11. Bonus: In accordance to Provisions of the Payment of Bonus act.
12. Provident fund: You would contribute to the company provident fund as an when it is
applicable. (The rate applicable is 12 % of basic salary)
13. Leave: You would be entitled to leave as follows (Subject to company rules)
a. Privilege Leave: 12days per year can be accumulated for two consecutive years. First
entitlement is after one full year of confirmed service.
b. Sick Leave: 7 days per year on production of proper medical certificate which can be
accumulated up to maximum of 14 days.
c. Casual Leave 10 days per year applicable after confirmation in service and is non
cumulative. Casual leaves can be either suffixed or prefixed to holidays, and require
prior approval, they cannot be availed for more than two days at a time.
14. You are member of field staff, your salary and number of days worked shall be computed on
basis of Daily activity Report submitted by you, duly approved by your superior.
15. Transfer or Secondment: During your employment, company may at any other location. You
will be required to work for any subsidiaries, associated or related company.
16. Job Responsibilities: KRA. ROI on your CTC is fundamental to your appointment as Associate
Consulting Engineer together with conducting yourself in promoting company image. You
would be required to observe rules and instructions communicated to you from time to time
and ensure confidentiality of all company information. You are expected to engage yourself
fully in companys business and not engage yourself fully in the companies business and not
engage yourself in any other employment or business on part time basis. You shall not, either
during the disclose to any person whatsoever , any ideas / knowledge / information concerning
the business and affairs of the company, or any of its methods, dealings transactions or trade
secrets which come to your own benefit. Your KRA on the job are as follows
a. Consulting companies client on network and system administration
b. Establishing and maintaining RF/Wireless Broadband, and Wireline Broadband.
c. Consulting Software as Services (sas) like antivirus, security, google apps, CRM PM and
other tools, also Infrastructure as service products like instacompute, DNS, hosting etc.

17. Termination: Company is entitled to terminate your service during probationary period
without assigning any reason whatsoever by giving you one week notice in writing or one week
salary in lieu thereof. Similarly you are also entitled to resign during period of probation by
giving company one week prior notice, in writing of your intention to do so subject to you
handing over all company cash and property in your possession, including but not limited to
kits, cash and cheques from customers, cash drawn from company, all records including
companies stationary. In case of valid resignation the 50% of basic pay held as security for first
three consecutive months is cleared along with dues. Otherwise the said amount is forfeited.

On confirmation notice period required is 30 days either way along with the rules already
illustrated in last section.
18. In case you are absenting yourself for 15 days or more without obtaining prior sanction of leave
or even an application or intention to the effect, the management will be within its rights to
draw an irresistible presumption that you have abandoned the job and your services shall be
considered to come to end automatically.
19. Transport: The Company is not responsible to provide any vehicle for carrying out your
assigned tasks and you will be expected to arrange your own conveyance or alternatively
utilize public transport.
