Prices below are approximate and are determined by hours spent shooting, post-processing, and
the requested amount of photos. Please contact me for an exact quote for your specific shoot.
Senior/School portraits- $150 per person
Headshots- $200 per person
Engagement/Couple portraits- $250 per couple
Infant/child portraits- $300 per child (these sessions typically take a little longer)
Bridal portraits- $300
Family portraits- $350 for a family of 3 to 5 members (There is an additional fee of $25 per
person after 5.)
* Custom Invitations- $150 (see "products" on my website for details)
Events/Special Occasions (on location shooting)- contact me for pricing
Contracted Work- contact me for pricing
* I also do personal invitations such as birthday invitations, graduation invitations, etc.

Do you require a deposit before the session?
NO, I do not require any deposit to be made, unless specifically stated. *Special Occasion
sessions not included. For more details, please contact me.
Do you charge a booking/sitting fee?
NO, I do not charge for a sitting or booking fee. You pay for the shoot, post-processing of the
images, image CD. Some sessions may include a travel expense if photos are taken out of the
area. This will be an additional cost. Please contact me to find out if your venue is considered
"out of area." My business resides in West Monroe, but I service nearby cities within a fifty-mile
radius free of charge.
When is the money due and how should I pay?
All money is due the date of the session. I accept cash or check (checks are made out to Amy S.
Davis). For special circumstances, please contact me. All deposits are non-refundable. No
images will be released until full payment has been made. For bouncing checks, a $50 charge
will be added to your total and must be paid before any images are released.

Do you photograph weddings?

Currently, no I do not. However, I do take bridal pictures!
What am I getting when I book you?
When you book me, you receive high quality images, at least an hour's worth of shooting time, a
water-marked CD/DVD, and basic post-processing on all released images.
How many images will I get with my session?
Typically, an hour-long session will give you anywhere from 20 to 30 high-quality, postprocessed images. Of course this varies with each photo session and is not set in stone.
How will I be receiving my images?
When you render my services, you do not receive the rights to the photographs. I retain all
copyrights to every image I take. This is non-negotiable. At this time, I only offer watermarked
images on a CD/DVD. Print release is allowed however, meaning you may get your prints done
at a place of your choosing using the disc. Some places may require a print-release form when
clients try to print professional images. I have attached a print release if this is the case.
When will I receive my images?
My current turn-around rate is two to three weeks, depending on the type of photo session and
how many images are needed to be processed. This is subject to change. Please contact me
for specifics. It truly depends on the time of the year. I am a full-time teacher as well so summers
produce the quickest turn-around for me.
What are "watermarked" images?
Every image you see on this website is a watermarked image. It means that it contains my logo.
Since I give digital copies of the photos I take, I leave the watermark on the copies you receive.
This prevents piracy of the photographs that I have worked hard to bring to you.
Can I get my images without the watermark?
Sorry, but no. This is not negotiable. When you book me as a photographer, you agree to
watermarked digital image copies. This is for copyright protection. Any changes, whether
in editing, cropping, or in simply re-touching in "Instagram" or other types of image enhancing
software is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and is a violation of the copyright law. I do not sell the
rights, nor do I just give them away. Each image I take still belongs to me. By changing my
photos, you have changed what I represent and offer to other people. To me, this is essentially

like stealing or defacing my property. Please respect my images and do not edit or crop them in
any way.
May I post my images on any online media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)?
YES! I encourage you to share your wonderful pictures with whomever you wish, including
online media such as Facebook or twitter. However, any cropping or changes made to these
images are strictly prohibited. (This includes cropping the image for things such as profile
pictures on Facebook.) All copyrights belong to the photographer. If you choose to post images,
please be sure the watermark logo is clearly visible in each photo and acknowledgement is given
to Amy S. Davis Photography.
Will my images appear on your photography Facebook page?
Since I own the copyrights to all the images, it does have the possibility of appearing on my
on Facebook page or here on my website. You agree to this when you book me as a
photographer. I do try to honor your wishes however, and if you are uncomfortable with some of
the pictures not becoming public I will do my best to honor that right. However, I feel that all of
my clients have their own beauty, and I love to share that, as well as my own professional skills
with admirers and other potential clients.
What is post-processing?
Post-processing is a basic light touch-up of all images which includes things like teethwhitening, blemish removal, and eye-enhancement. Personally, I do not like to touch-up images
in a drastic measure simply because that is not how God made you. Everyone is uniquely
beautiful in their own way and things such as freckles make that so. Nevertheless, I completely
understand if there is a problem-area you are self-conscious about. I am more than willing to do
what I can to accommodate you- simply let me know during your shoot.
Can I have an extra image disc?
YES! Additional discs are $25 each.
Do you make slide-shows?
Yes. If you would like a slide-show made from pictures I have taken of you please contact me
for more details.
Do you make invitations?
I do create invitations for graduations, weddings, birthdays, etc. However, I do not print them. I
can refer you to a good location to get the prints made however.

Amy S. Davis Photography Print Release Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Amy S. Davis, hereinafter Photographer, and
___________________________________, herein after customer.
In acknowledgement photography services performed on _____________ the Photographer
hereby grants to the Customer unlimited reproduction rights to the photographs for personal
(non-commercial) use. The Customer also acknowledges that the Photographer owns the
copyright of images commissioned for domestic use (for example, family portraits, wedding
photos etc); however, unlimited print release is given to the Customer for personal use only. All
photographs must contain the Amy S. Davis Photography logo. Any changes, cropped images, or
edits to this/these images violate the print release agreement. Any infringements of this policy
may violate federal law. The Photographer claims a "right of restraint" to prohibit the use of
images commissioned for domestic use being used for commercial purposes without prior
written agreement. Where images are commissioned for commercial use, the Customer
acknowledges that the copyright is owned by the Photographer and subsequent use will be as
agreed. Requests for commercial use of photographs are to be submitted for approval. An
additional fee may be payable. Photographer reserves the right to prohibit the copying of a
cd/dvd containing the photographs where the cd/dvd contains a presentation produced by
Photographer.
The Customer hereby indemnifies the Photographer against any claims and damages, including
reasonable legal fees, arising from the Customer's use of the photographs and the Photographer's
use of any material under instruction from the Customer.
The Customer hereby grants to the Photographer the right to use any image taken as a result of
this agreement for display in the Photographer's portfolio, exhibitions, competitions and other
promotions of the Photographer's work. The Photographer agrees that he will act on a reasonable
written request from the Customer that particular photographs not be used for these purposes.
Other than for these purposes, the Photographer agrees that no commercial or product promotion
use will be made of the photographs unless agreed to in writing by the Client and/or the
person(s) identifiable in the photograph(s).
