    Thepurposeofthisresearchistoknowwhetherthe
    WorkingCapitalTurnover(WCT),EconomicValueAdded
    (EVA),andMarketValueAdded(MVA)partiallyand
    simultaneouslyaffecttheMarketCapitalizationatthe
    StateOwnedCompaniesintheIndonesiaStock
    Exchange.Thisconceptprovesthatcompanyssizenot
    onlydependsonitsprofitandperformancebutalso
    dependsonshareholdersatisfaction.Thisresearchisa
    kindofcausalresearchwithatotalsampleof20State
    OwnedCompanieslistedinIndonesiaStockExchange
    duringtheperiod2009to2013.Thisresearchusedtotal
    populationsampling.Thedatausedaresecondarydata
    obtainedfromthesitewww.idx.co.idandrespectivesiteof
    eachsamplecompanies.Theprocessofdataanalysis
    donefirstistotesttheclassicassumptionandhypothesis
    testingisthenperformed.Statisticalmethodsusedare
    multiplelinearregressionanalysis.Theresultsshowed
    thatpartiallyandsimultaneously,EconomicValueAdded
    (EVA)andMarketValueAdded(MVA)havesignificant
    impactonMarketCapitalization,whileWorkingCapital
    TurnoverdonthavesignificantimpactonMarket
    Capitalization.Fromthisresearchwecanconcludethat
    theincreaseordecreaseinEVAandMVAwillaffectthe
    increaseordecreaseinMarketCap.
