An Israel-Palestine Two State Solution

The Security Council and General Assembly,
Recognizing that Israel achieved sovereignty in 1948 when it won a war against the
opposing Egypt, Syria, Jordan Iraq and Lebanon,
Approving the rights that Palestinians have to currently or previously owned land in
present day Israel, Gaza Strip and/or West Bank,
Noting with satisfaction of countries that have accommodated Palestinian refugees in the
(58) recognized refugee camps located primarily in Jordan and Lebanon,
Emphasizing the recognized five million Palestinian refugees who lost their livelihood in
the 1948 conflict,
Keeping in mind a statement from the Huffington Post Justice can only exist with peace,
and peace can only exist with principled leadership. (Rashid) the UN can and should
take that role in the ongoing Palestinian/Israeli conflict,
Having considered Israels right to turn down any resolution based on any amount of
factors/reasons,
Fully aware the atrocities Palestinians and Israelis have committed to each other since the
1948 conflict was dissolved,
Recalling Resolution 242 statement Withdrawal of all Israeli armed forces from
territories occupied in the recent conflict (UN) which should be revised,
Noting with deep concern Israel and Palestines unwillingness to find and agree upon a
resolution that benefits the opposite party,
Desiring the General Assembly and the Security Councils consideration of the following

military action towards Palestine or Israel if they do not comply with or modify this
