The SMS application has been developed under a robust and powerful Application Management System that
handles the security issues at application level. The security features of the Application Management System
include:User registration all users to the application have to have access and they are defined in the
application and given specific access roles and functions on the system.
System users are restricted to access programs and data as specified with the access roles when
they are defined.
Program access restriction times - this security feature restricts access to programs to specified
times and when necessary even weekend access.
A privileged user audits Audit Trail all transactions in the applications. These transactions
involve data entry, updating or deletion.
