D:Good evening,Madam. Hello,there...(to the child)

P:Mary...
D:Hello,Mary. What is the problem? Are you ill? Poor thing...
M:My belly hurts sooooo baaaaad
D:This is not good...(to the parent) what happened to her?
P:She vomited last night and in this morning. She feels very
dizzy...She was crying and gasping...it was terrible.
D:Can you show me on you mummy where this pain comes
from,Mary?
(Mary indicates the stomach and the first part of the intestine)
P:She also had so much pain that made facial grimaces and
started rolling on the floor.
D:Oh,my...I see..
M:Mummy,tell him about the smell...
D:What smell?
P:I am a bit embarassed...uhm...:))...the smell of McDonalds...
D:From where?
P:Well...we ate together yesterday at McDonalds and when we
got home...she went straight to the restroom...
M:Ive heard mommy telling me its diarrhea....
P:Mary,please...be polite
D:She is very polite Madam. In fact, she helped me so much.
Mary,I will pinch your fingers more and more hard. When you
feel the same pain as in your stomach,let me know,all right?
(Mary stops the doctor at fifth try)

D:The pain is somewhere in the middle...lets say....not too

bad,but not easy to bear either.
P:What can we do?
D:At first,Mary has to drink a lot of water because right now she
is very dehydrated. Also,I will give you a prescription with some
minerals for hydratation. She will need something to kill the
bacteria that were ingerated with the food at McDonalds and in
addition some pain killers too for the belly.For the problem with
smell,dont worry,Mary...everything will become normal only if
you will listen to your mummy and do as she says with these
candies that dont have such a good taste,but are good for you
to get better,all right?
M:YesI thinkat least do they look as candies?
D:They are strange candies that will make you better if mummy
will give the to you. Got it? :)
M:if it make the belly stop hurting
D:Yes,it does
