Dear Serena Solano,

Thank you for applying to Cal State Fullerton for the Fall 2016 semester. This
email serves as your application receipt and provides important communication
information.

Please note that CSU Fullerton has assigned you a Campus-wide ID (CWID) and
we have created for you an individualized student portal. Your CWID is unique to
you and you will need it throughout the application process. Please keep your
CWID and login information safe as you will need both of them to access your
personal information through your Student Portal. Most campus departments will
require you to provide your CWID before they can release any information to you
about your file.

Two business days from November 05, 2015, you will be able to access your
Student Portal. As soon as your Student Portal is accessible, please log on to
authenticate yourself and personalize your email address. On a going forward
basis, all information about your application and admission will be posted in the
Student Center within your Student Portal or sent to your CSUF email address.

Personal Identification Information

Two business days from November 05, 2015, please log onto your Student Portal
authenticate your account. You will need the following information.
Campus-wide ID (CWID):

890073406

PIN (only for the initial login to the Student Portal):

298196

If you have previously applied to CSU Fullerton and already created a custom username and
password, your CWID and PIN will not work for the Student Portal. You will need to use your
custom username and password you previously created to log into the Student Portal. If you
have forgotten your username and/or password, you can retrieve it through our Portal
Accounts website or you can contact the Student IT Help Desk at (657) 278-8888 for
assistance.

IMPORTANT: Not logging into your Student Portal can result in a delayed admission decision
or having your application withdrawn for missing a deadline. It is recommended that you log
in to your Student Portal at least once a month to see if any new requirements have been
posted and/or to check for any new correspondence from the university. Information on how
to login to the Student Portal can be found in our Admissions Student Portal First Time
Login website.

We highly recommend you review and download the Easy Reference to the
Whole Admission Process for First-Time Freshmen.

TEST SCORES: Our admission process is deadline driven. We strictly enforce

stated application deadlines. In particular, please note that all First-Time
Freshmen are required to submit SAT or ACT results. We accept copies of your
score report or scores sent directly from the testing service. All First-Time
Freshmen are required to submit official SAT/ACT scores by February 1, 2016.

International Students: TOEFL scores are required of all applicants who have not
completed three years of high school in an English speaking school. TOEFL
scores are dueFebruary 1, 2016. SAT or ACT scores are not required for
international students in their home country. International students should visit
our International website for other required documents. To request a TOEFL
waiver, please download the TOEFL Waiver Form to review the requirements and

instructions. Students attending high schools in the United States must submit
both TOEFL and SAT or ACT scores if they have been here for less than three
years.

TRANSCRIPTS: 7th semester (fall) transcripts may or may not be requested of

you. It is critical to check your To Do List within your Student Center to see if
you need to submit your 7th semester transcript. Please make sure to click on
the details for any To Do List items. If you are requested to turn in your 7th
semester transcript, do not submit them until your first semester/term of your
senior year grades are posted. 7th semester transcripts are due March 21,
2016. All admitted students must submit their final official high school
transcript by July 15, 2016. Please note subject matter requirements must be
met with a C or better and may not be completed during the summer term
immediately preceding fall admission.

Residency documents such as green cards or AB540 documentation should be

submitted as soon as possible so your registration fees will be calculated
properly.

Please be sure to frequently check your Student Center within your Student
Portal for updates on your admission application status. We also recommend you
review links from theAdmissions home page, especially the required admissions
deadlines.

Thank you for applying to CSU Fullerton.
