DATE AND TIME: This incident occurred on 02-16-16 at approximately 16:17 his. DISPATCH/ARRIVAL: was dispatched to the above listed venue reference a suspicious incident. Upon my arrival I made contact with PERLAKI, She advised that she had received a strange phone call regarding her mother. COMPLAINANTS STATEMENTS: The complainant stated that she had received a call from a Tamika from (313)293-2101 who stated that she was the sister of HIGHTOWER, who is her mothers boyfirend. PERLAKI was not clear on how Tameka received the information but she was told by Tameka that S. WALKER had told a subject named "Paw Paw" that H. WALKER, was dead on a bed. PERLAKI stated that she has been trying to call her mother and can not get a hold of her. She stated that she last heard from her mother 3-4 days ago. She stated that as far as she knows her sister S, WALKER, should be with her mother. ‘She stated that her mother’s boyttiend HIGHTOWER is abusive toward her. She stated that around New Years’ HIGHTOWER had bit her mothers face. At that time Thad PERLAKI call back Tameka and attempt to get any more information. She called Tamika who stated that she had talked to HIGHTOWER earlier in the day and that he had told her that HLWALKER had dropped him off and that she was heading to her address in Ann Arbor. She stated that she has tried to get a hold of HIGHTOWER but that he has no minutes on his phone. She asked Tamika where HIGHTOWER was and she advised that she didn’t know. had PERLAKI obtain the telephone number that HIGHTOWER had called her on. She indicated that it was (313)971-1515. PERLAKT stated that she has met HIGHTOWER but she has no idea where he lives. OFFICERS ACTIONS: Thad Central Dispatch ping H.WALKER’S cellphone. Thad Washtenaw County Sheriff Department respond to the address where H. WALKER resides, They advised that they made contact with H.WALKER’S father James Heidenescher and that he stated that she had not been at the residence since Wednesday when she picked up her mail but that she was fine at that time. He provided two telephone numbers for her. Which I attempted to call but were both turned off. Iwas advised by Central Dispatch that neither H.WALKER nor her vehicle had been inquired in the last several days. Iwas also advised that H.WALKER’S cell phone had been tured off 14 hours prior and had last bounced off a tower located 8100 Gratiot St., In Detroit Michigan, CONTACT WITH COMPLAINANT: again made contact with PERLAKI and advised her of my investigation. I advised her that due to her mother residing in Ann Arbor and possibly being in Detroit that she needed to contact the Michigan State Police or ‘Washtenaw Co Sheriff Department. I advised her that I did everything I could think of to do but that she would have to file a missing person report with an agency that has jurisdiction over where she lives or where she is missing from. PERLACKI stated that she understood and was still gathering information and that she would call back to make a report with the Michigan State Police. I advised Central Dispatch of the same.
