Law Enforcement Division Friday arrested and charged a former officer with the Camden Police Department in connection with a December 13, 2015 improper act while on duty Marshall Lee Hardin, II, was charged with Misconduct in Office, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance; a common-law charge that carries a penalty upon conviction of up to 10 years in prison. Hardin was booked at the Kershaw County Detention Center. ‘The case was investigated by SLED at the request of the Kershaw County Sheriff's Department.
