2010 to 2011

Pled guilty in 1998 to federal racketeering charges for his role in a $40 million stock

individuals affiliated with organized crime families of La Cosa Nostra.

Convicted of assault in 1991 for stabbing a man in the face with a margarita glass at a bar
in New York.

Joseph Weichselbaum The Helicopter Pilot

Trump paid Weichselbaums company an average of $180,000 per month during the late

1980s to contract with his casinos and fly in high rollers.

Convicted on 18-counts for selling marijuana and cocaine from Miami across state lines
in 1985.

Prior convictions included grand theft auto in 1965 and embezzlement in 1979 from his
employer, S&S Corrugated Paper Machinery.

Trump wrote on behalf of Weichselbaum after his indictment that he was conscientious,
forthright, and diligent and a credit to the community.

Raoul Goldberger The Pillpusher

Trump worked closely with Goldbergers company to rights to create Trump Tower
Philadelphia, a project that was eventually abandoned after the financing vehicle went
bankrupt.

Goldberger, a Belgian national, had been arrested in 1999 for importing and distributing
ecstasy pills in New York City.

He was arrested again in 2014 for selling oxycodone pills and currently in the same
prison as convicted fraudster Bernie Madoff. Trump Tower Philadelphia remains unbuilt.

Goldberger was recommended to Donald by his old friend J. Morton Morty Davis,
whos firm was indicted in the same racketeering scheme as Felix Sater. Davis never went
to jail for the companys fraud, however his family members did.
