MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This memorandum of agreement made and entered by and between:

JUST TRAVEL.COM TRAVEL AND TOURS represented by Mr. John Lyndon R. Valmonte,
located at Zone# 9 Brgy.militar, Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija hereinafter referred
to as the FIRST PARTY;
And
A.B.E. COLLEGE CABANATUAN CITY, located at Cabanatuan City. Here in after referred
to as the SECOND PARTY;
WITNESSETH
That the FIRST PARTY, having business of Travel and Tours has been contracted by the
SECOND PARTY, for educational tour to the following venue on February 24-25, 2016
(Wednesday & Thursday);

ALFONSO HOTEL (Accommodation)

That both parties agreed in the amount of P 2,700.00 per head payment. Full payment will be
given before the date of trip.
That the FIRST PARTY will give privileges as follows:
1.) Service of an Air conditioned Bus
2.) Entrance fees and passes
3.) Overnight stay @ ALFONSO HOTEL
4.) E-Learning Seminar to Enchanted Kingdom
5.) Certificate of attendance per participant
6.) Complementary Lunch @ Enchanted Kingdom
7.) Complementary Snack (1st day)
8.) Complimentary streamer per bus
9.) Service of a tour coordinator per bus
10.)Free teachers /staff with valid I.D. (3 Teachers per bus only)
11.)P 500.00 per head allowance for Teachers/staff
12.)P 150.00 rebate per head for the school
13.) Life & accident insurance for students (max. of 5 days) FORTUNE GEN. INSURANCE

That the FIRST PARTY through the tour coordinator will help the SECOND PARTY to take
care of their personal belongings and security during the trip;
That the accident before and after the trip will not be a liability of the FIRST PARTY,
although the insurance is applied 12:00 midnight on the day of tour;
That the students together with the SECOND PARTY will be the one to take good care of
their personal belongings like cellular phones, jewelry, money, personal safety and personal
interest while outside the bus;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties agreed on this _____ day of _____ 2016. Here at
