Have students close eyes,
put head down on desk, and
listen
Once students are quiet:
So there are different types of
bullying
Physical (punching, hitting)
Verbal (Name-calling,
threatening, teasing)
Psychological (spreading
rumours, excluding people
from a group or from
games)
Cyber (online bullyingemailing embarrassing
photos of people)
If you are being bullied,
confront them about it- look
them in the eye and firmly tell
them to stop. Say I want you
to stop right now.
Bullies usually go for an
easy target, and by firmly
telling them to stop, you are
showing that you are able to
stand up for yourself
Showing that you are
confident with who you are
Look at the bully straight in the
eye and look as if you know
something they dont
If you are bullied, please tell an
adult- could be parents,
relatives, teacher, school
counselor
If watching someone be bullied,
dont be a bystander
If its safe, step in and put a stop to
what the bully is doing
