OPTIMIZATION SOCIETY (ACDOS), No. 31/2, 4th Cross, 6th Main Road, Mathikere Extension, Bangalore 560 054. INDIA. The membership fee can
also be wire transferred to Account No. 0683101027870 Canrara Bank, Bangalore, IFSC Code CNRB0000683, SWIFT code CNRBINBBLFD.
Preferably a scanned copy of the application form should also be emailed to acdos.india@gmail.com, along with DD/Cheque/Wire-transfer details and
necessary supporting documents.
Documents Needed: Professional members need to submit (i) address proof (ii) Govt. issued ID proof and (iii) two photographs (or a soft copy).
Student members need to submit (i) previous degree certificate (ii) institute issued ID card copy and (iii) two photographs (or a soft copy). No document
support is not mandatory of honorary members.
Membership is FREE during 2011-2015. Registered participants of any ACODS conference are entitled to get two years of free membership, including
the year in which the conference was held as well as the following year. The annual membership will be counted during 01 January to 31 December of
every year, irrespective of the date of application and the dates during which ACODS is held.
