5) For searching at the CCBC Library Databases, I will be using the key words, FBI vs.
Apple. The database I will be using will be Academic Search Primer. I chose this
database out all of the databases available because they provided me with more accurate
articles than the other databases on this particular topic. This database also provides great
articles on various topics. The first two articles I found were Is Apple right to resist
court order to help the FBI? and its from USA Today. The second one is called, What
Presidential Candidates are saying about the Apple vs. FBI Debate. This article is
written by Jack Detsch, a Staff Writer for Christian Science Monitor.
6) I will be comparing the article I found on the Internet from CNET.com and the article
I found on the Academic Search Primer Database from the CCBC website. The
difference is that the article I found on the Internet is longer than the article I found on the
CCBC website. It provides the readers with lots of information on the dispute between
the FBI and Apple and what could happen in the future. Also, the article I found on the
Internet provides the readers with credible sources, something the CCBC database article
lacks. Both of these articles were easy to access, not like other websites that require you
>
to sign-up and pay a monthly fee for their articles. Both these articles lack authority
because the author doesnt give his opinion on this matter, he puts other peoples opinions
such as Republican candidates Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, etc.
7) I will be citing my sources in MLA Format
