PURCHASER AGREEMENT

This agreement to sell is between Rasheedah Iman Umar Abdur-Razzaq, who shall be known in this
Agreement as the Owner, and purchaser, Jawariya Jones, who shall be known in this Agreement as the
Purchaser.
This Agreement is to purchase the following described property as a single frame dwelling, address:
1243 East 99th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, Permanent Parcel No. 109-10-159 and 109-10-158.
SELLING PRICE: Shall be $6,000.00
TERMS OF SELL:

CASH

AS IS CONDITION: This property is to be received in it's AS IS CONDITION, and Owner shall not
guarantee any condition of heating, roof, plumbing, electrical system and foundation.
This property is free of any liens or hidden conditions or encumbrances, not seemed.
This transaction shall be closed within three days after approved by Green Tree Servicing LLC.
