User guides (to be read together with the schedule below)

Dimensions to be keyed in - white columns
A. Column stumps schedule (nos)
1. Type
Key in type of columns ,eg. C1, C2 (refer to column schedule plan/column layout plan)

Dimensions automatically calculated - blue columns

A. Column stumps schedule (nos)
1. Total numbers and type of colums will be transfer to the next schedule

2. Location
Key in location, normally referred to grid line eg. 1/A-H
3. Key in numbers of each type of column along the grid line rows

B. Column stumps schedule (Qty)

1. Shape
Choose shape of column by clicking arrow down key ( there are 4 choices)
Column will be considered as wall when their length exceed four times their width
2. Dimensions
L for length in Meter ( if your column is round, dont fill in the dimension)
W for width/thick in Meter ( if your column is round, dont fill in the dimension)
R for radius in Meter ( for round column only, if your column is square/rectangular/wall
dont fill in the dimension)
H for height in Meter (measure from top of footing/foundation to top of ground slab)

B. Column stumps schedule (Qty)

1. Type of column and total numbers will be carried from the above schedule
2. Concrete col - M3
Formula: L x W x H x total Nos. (square & rectangular Col)
Formula: 3.14 x R2 x H x total nos. (round col)
3. Concrete wall - M3
Formula: L x W x H x total Nos.
Stating the thickness in the following categories:
not exceeding 100mm
100mm - 150mm
150mm - 300mm
exceeding 300mm
4. Formwork Column - M2
Formula: (L + W)2 x H x total Nos.(square & rectangular Col)
Formula: 2 x 3.14 x R x H x total nos. (round col)
5. Formwork Wall
Formula (faces): (L x H)2 x total Nos. - M2
Formula (ends): H x2 x total Nos. - M
Stating the width in the following categories:
Not exceeding 250mm Wide
250mm - 500mm wide
exceeding 500mm wide (state the width)
